Welcome to the first annual Cars Karts and Kids on August 25, 2012, proudly sponsored and hosted by the Golden Gate Lotus Club, Dietsch Werks and LeMans Karting.

Admission:	A donation of $10 for general admission is suggested Those wishing to exhibit their cars are requested to make a $20 donation.
Kart Racing Info:	Racing starts at 10am – 11pm this Saturday, 8/25 For unlicensed drivers aged 12-18 (Junior Drivers) Dedicated Junior sessions will be run at the top of every hour Junior Driver sessions will consist of 2 Time Trials. The first one will be with an instructor driving a ‘lead – follow’ session, with the intent of showing the Juniors the proper racing line and allowing new drivers time to get used to proper braking, accelerating and turning technique.  The second session will be a faster session where, depending solely on the discretion of the race director, the Juniors will be allowed to race as quickly as safety allows. No LeMans Karting racing license will be issued since these sessions are not a substitute to the LMK Junior Drivers Program (run every Sat and Sun morning)

Join us on August 25th for the Bay Area hottest display of the most exotic cars. McLaren, Ferrari, Lotus, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Fiat and many more. The Food Truck Mafia will be at your service with a wide display of foods to choose coming from 8 different food trucks. Proceeds from this event goes directly to the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bay Area.

Cars Karts & Kids, a benefit for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bay Area, is a multi-marque, multi-event, sports and exotic car festival the likes that have not been seen in the Northern California. Headlining Cars, Karts & Kids (CK&K) will be a car show attended by the members of the Ferrari Club of America, the Porsche Club of America, the Golden Gate Lotus Club, Corvette Clubs, Fiat, Lamborghini, Viper, Cobra and others.

Alongside the car show are three other major events – Kart Racing Challenge, Silent Auction and a Food Truck Mafia. Proceeds from these events go directly to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area. As a direct result of recent federal and state budget cuts, the BBBSBA needs the support of the community to maintain helping children in need of mentoring. We are expecting hundreds of cars and thousands of guests. Some will come to see the cars, others to race the karts and some for the food.
