Track Marshall

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Track:
1. Marshal track areas for the safety of the customers using flags to show them race conditions on the track.
2. Being aware as the track lifeguard for customers and staff.
3. Talk with customers and provide excellent customer service.
4. Entertain guest with appropriate music and Race Control.
5. Assist customers with race gear and seating in kart.
6. Apply knowledge of company products and services including pricing to assist customers with purchases and questions.
7. Report all issues to management adhering to company policies.
8. Cleaning maintenance of barriers, track and equipment.
9. Responsible for all daily track procedures.
10. Maintain neat and orderly work areas at all times.
11. Assist with regular track safety maintenance when necessary.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
13. Perform other related duties as assigned from management.
