Front Office Staff

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Front Desk:
1. Greet customers as they enter the facility in a professional, timely manner.
2. Ensuring all customers meet requirements and sign waiver.
3. Answer multiple phone lines politely and in a timely manner.
4. Schedule customer reservations.
5. Process customer payments to include receiving payments, managing cash drawer, operating charge machine, and returning appropriate change.
6. Apply knowledge of company products and services including pricing to assist customers with purchases and questions.
7. Efficiently process customer information.
8. Stay on time with check-in and scheduled races.
9. Guide customers to the proper rooms, briefing and to the trackside.
10. Respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
11. Liaison to corporate events.
12. Report all issues to management adhering to company policies.
13. Complete Front Office daily procedures.
14. Maintain neat facility and orderly work areas at all times.
15. Up sell products and encourage customer to race again.
16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
17. Perform other related duties as assigned from management.
