Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or changes need to be made 48 hrs prior to the reservation date for reservations that are $500 or less (72 hrs. for reservations that are greater than $500). If the reservation is within the 48 hr. or 72 hr. time period, the reservation is a confirmed reservation that can not be cancelled, but can be re-scheduled within 24hrs of the original reservation date. If any drivers choose to NO SHOW, they will be charged for the full amount of their reservation.
